Job summary

Adroit People Limited (UK) seeks an experienced CMF MES Architect to lead end-to-end MES implementations across multiple plants. The role demands deep CMF knowledge, strong C#/.NET skills, and hands-on governance of architecture, data models, and integrations with ERP/SAP and IoT systems.

You'll guide global development teams, define standards, and drive platform governance to ensure scalable CMF MES solutions. This is a senior, hands-on leadership position in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Critical Manufacturing CMF FE/BE Certification is required.
• 8+ years MES implementation experience with at least 5+ years on CM MES.
• Experience designing enterprise CMF MES across multiple plants.
• CMF Architecture, Solution Design, and Platform Governance expertise.
• Hands-on CMF Business Logic, Data Models, Workflows, and Orchestration.
• Experience designing and governing CM Extensions, Services, Custom Actions, and Enterprise Integrations.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and enterprise app architecture.
• Manufacturing Integrations including ERP, SAP, Equipment Connectivity, and Shop Floor Systems.
• Proven experience conducting architecture reviews, code governance, and production release approvals.
• Strong understanding of IoT architectures, OPC UA, MQTT, and event-driven manufacturing solutions.
• Experience leading globally distributed development teams.
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites simultaneously.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Critical Manufacturing (CM) FE/BE Certification from Critical Manufacturing is required.
• Minimum 8+ years of MES implementation experience with at least 5+ years on Critical Manufacturing MES.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale CMF MES solutions across multiple manufacturing plants.
• Strong expertise in CMF Architecture, Solution Design, and Platform Governance.
