GulfSea Services in Faro is seeking a Merchandising Coordinator to ensure product displays and promotions are effective in retail stores. You will work with the merchandising team to plan displays, analyze sales data, and build strong relationships with partners.

The ideal candidate has a marketing or business background, strong consumer insight, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. This is a full-time role based in Faro with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in merchandising or retail marketing preferred.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
