We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Braga As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies to ensure maximum product visibility and sales You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective displays and promotions monitor inventory levels analyze sales data and make recommendations for product placement and pricing The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills strong analytical abilities and a passion for creating visually appealing displays that drive sales This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month free visa and ticket provided

Responsibilities

• Develop merchandising strategies to increase product visibility and drive sales
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective displays and promotions
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement and pricing
• Work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of merchandise
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
• Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques
• Stay updated on industry trends consumer preferences and competitor activity

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word PowerPoint
• Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with apparel or fashion products
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
