Qualificações

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Merchandiser to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays and promotions in retail stores. You will work closely with sales teams, buyers, and suppliers to ensure that products are displayed attractively and effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create eye-catching product displays in retail stores according to company guidelines
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure that products are displayed in the most effective areas of the store
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with buyers to restock products as needed
• Negotiate shelf space and placement of products with store managers
• Conduct regular store visits to assess display quality and make necessary improvements
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving product placement
• Work closely with suppliers to coordinate delivery of new products and promotional materials
• Train store staff on proper product display techniques and provide ongoing support as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
• Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to travel within the city of Braga as needed

Qualifications

Salary: 900$ per month
