Accenture’s Boslan unit seeks a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering professional to lead MEP delivery across the full project lifecycle. You will act as the main interface between clients, contractors and vendors, driving program, cost, quality, safety and performance objectives throughout the project.

You will oversee testing, commissioning and IST, ensuring operational readiness and governance. Strong stakeholder skills and construction experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced construction environments.
• Professional engineering membership or chartered status (or currently working towards it) is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MEP delivery across the full project lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning and operational handover.
• Act as the primary interface between clients, contractors, consultants and specialist vendors.
• Drive programme, cost, quality, safety and performance objectives throughout the project.
• Manage testing, commissioning, Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and operational readiness activities.
• Oversee project governance, risk management, change control and stakeholder reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting project success and business growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering hyperscale, colocation or mission-critical data centre projects.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical and/or electrical building services systems.
• Experience managing MEP design, construction, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, programme management and risk management.
• Professional engineering membership or chartered status (or currently working towards it) is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced construction environments.
• Languages: Portuguese (fluent); English (Advanced).

Location

• Sines, Portugal (site presence required).
