Handle customer inquiries about the Omnipod Insulin Management System
Manage inbound calls, orders, and product shipments
Provide guidance and empathetic support to customers
Troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently
Encourage compliance with product use to improve customer health outcomes
Native-level French speaker with good English skills
Customer service oriented with excellent communication abilities
Energetic, proactive, and innovative mindset
Fast thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Contract: Long-term, renewable fixed-term contract
Working hours: Full-time (40h/week), rotating shifts depending on the project
Salary:
1,040 € gross/month with free accommodation (shared flat, bills included)
1,240 € gross/month without accommodation
Relocation package:
Flight reimbursement after 9 months
Airport pick-up upon arrival
Annual return flight to home country (EU)
Support with paperwork and bank account setup
Training: Fully paid training (1–4 weeks at 50% of base salary, minus taxes)
