Your responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about the Omnipod Insulin Management System

• Manage inbound calls, orders, and product shipments

• Provide guidance and empathetic support to customers

• Troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently

• Encourage compliance with product use to improve customer health outcomes

• Native-level French speaker with good English skills

• Customer service oriented with excellent communication abilities

Conditions and benefits

• Contract: Long-term, renewable fixed-term contract

• Working hours: Full-time (40h/week), rotating shifts depending on the project

• Salary:

  • 1,040 € gross/month with free accommodation (shared flat, bills included)

  • 1,240 € gross/month without accommodation

• Relocation package:

  • Flight reimbursement after 9 months

  • Airport pick-up upon arrival

  • Annual return flight to home country (EU)

  • Support with paperwork and bank account setup

• Training: Fully paid training (1–4 weeks at 50% of base salary, minus taxes)
