A Motus People procura um Técnico de Montagem de Mecatrónica para contribuir com clientes de alta tecnologia na Holanda. Este profissional irá montar sistemas mecânicos e mecatrónicos, seguindo desenhos técnicos, modelos 3D e instruções de montagem, assegurando a qualidade final.

Requisitos: formação MBO Nível 3/4 em áreas relacionadas, ≥2 anos de experiência, leitura de esquemas e instrumentos de medição de precisão. Inglês obrigatório; holandês é uma vantagem.

Qualificações

• Formação MBO nível 3/4 em Mecatrónica, Engenharia Mecânica ou área relacionada.
• Pelo menos 2 anos de experiência em montagem de máquinas, mecatrónica ou indústria afim.
• Capacidade de interpretar desenhos mecânicos, esquemas elétricos e diagramas pneumáticos.
• Uso de ferramentas de medição de precisão, torques e instrumentos de alinhamento.
• Bom inglês (com holandês como vantagem).

Responsabilidades

• Montar e testar sistemas mecânicos e mecatrónicos seguindo desenhos e modelos 3D.
• Instalar componentes elétricos, sensores, sistemas pneumáticos e de movimento.
• Realizar alinhamento, calibração e testes funcionais com equipamento de medição.
• Identificar desvios de montagem e registar resultados de testes com precisão.
• Colaborar com engenheiros e especialistas da qualidade para melhorar processos.

You will contribute to the production of innovative machines used in sectors such as semiconductors, medical technology, automation, and sustainable energy solutions. Whether you have experience in a cleanroom or a modern production environment, your technical skills will make a real impact. Your responsibilities as an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing advanced mechanical and mechatronic systems. Working with detailed documentation and technical specifications, you'll ensure every machine meets the highest quality standards before it reaches the customer. Your daily tasks include: Building mechanical and mechatronic assemblies using technical drawings, 3 D models, and assembly instructions. Installing and connecting electrical components, sensors, pneumatic systems, and motion control parts. Performing alignment, calibration, and functional testing using specialized measurement equipment. Identifying and resolving assembly deviations while documenting test results accurately. Working closely with engineers, quality specialists, and fellow technicians to continuously improve assembly processes. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace in accordance with lean manufacturing and cleanroom procedures where applicable. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will directly contribute to the performance and reliability of world-class high-tech equipment.

What we're looking for

You are technically skilled, accurate, and motivated to work on complex machinery in a high-quality production environment.

Requirements Completed

• Completed MBO Level 3 or 4 education in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in machine assembly, mechatronics, precision mechanics, semiconductor equipment, medical technology, or a comparable industry.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and pneumatic diagrams.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment, torque tools, alignment instruments, and working according to ESD or cleanroom standards.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Dutch is considered an advantage.
• Personal qualities Strong focus on quality and accuracy. Safety-conscious with an eye for organization and continuous improvement.
• Flexible to work at different high-tech locations within the Netherlands.
• Team player with a proactive and practical attitude.
