The Role

You’ll be working as part of the System Integration team on state-of-the-art metrology systems used in semiconductor production. This role involves both precision mechanical assembly and testing/validation—with high attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Your Responsibilities

Assemble complex mechanical modules and components for our atomic force microscope (MAFM)
Work in an ISO 5 cleanroom, following detailed procedures
Handle hundreds of tiny, delicate parts with tolerances down to the micron
Suggest improvements and keep documentation up to date
Run test scripts and validate performance of modules
Record results and create clear test reports
Understand validation logic and contribute to troubleshooting when things don’t go as expected

What You Bring

A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Mechanics, or a similar field
Hands-on experience in precision assembly and/or testing of complex systems
Familiarity with measurement tools (micrometer, caliper, etc.)
A sharp eye for detail and a structured, persistent approach
Bonus: Experience in cleanroom environments or the semiconductor industry
Strong English skills (B1+/B2 or higher)
