Job summary

A Eurofirms Group Portugal está a recrutar um Engenheiro Mecânico (M/F) para uma empresa de renome no setor automóvel na área de Murtede. O(a) candidato(a) executará tarefas ligadas ao desenvolvimento de fluxos de simulação e validação de modelos, com foco em tribologia e fricção.

Procuramos alguém com licenciatura ou mestrado em Engenharia, disponibilidade para trabalhar a tempo inteiro, e fluência em inglês.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Residence near Murtede.
• Basic understanding of internal combustion engines and tribology.
• Foundational knowledge in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics and mechanics.
• Experience or interest in simulation tools (MATLAB, Python).
• Analytical thinking and structured working style.
• Strong English communication skills.

We are recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer (M/F) and similar roles for a prestigious company in the automotive sector in the Murtede area. The successful candidate will carry out the following duties:

• Support the development of the simulation workflow.
• Generate artificial surface topographies using and extending MIT software
• Implement and validate simulation models.
• Help establish a standardized simulation methodology for future friction modeling tasks.

Requisitos

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering;
• Living near Murtede.
• Basic understanding of internal combustion engines and tribology.
• Foundational knowledge in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and mechanics.
• Experience or interest in simulation and modeling tools (e.g. MATLAB, Python, or similar).
• Analytical thinking and structured working style.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Horário

A full-time working week of 40 hours, from Monday to Friday, including the breaks required by law.

Qualificações

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline.

Línguas

• Correct written and spoken Portuguese;
• Correct written and spoken English.
