Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, seeks an ME Trainee to support cross-functional activities for new industrial projects. You will work with Engineering, Logistics and Operations to develop technical and process knowledge while gaining hands‑on shopfloor experience.

Ideal candidates hold a Mechanical Engineering degree or are in final year, with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn in an industrial setting.

Qualificações

• Degree or master degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong interest in manufacturing environments and willingness to be on the shop floor.
• Motivation to develop skills in Engineering, Logistics and Project Management.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
• Analytical and structured thinking with the ability to understand processes and follow project milestones.
• Proactivity, organization and attention to detail.
• Good command of English (spoken and written) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support monitoring and follow-up of customer requests during the program phase.
• Assist in preparation of components for production series.
• Participate in inventory control of raw materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate administrative processes between Engineering, Logistics, Production and Quality.
• Attend project follow-up meetings and track actions.
• Contribute to tests and road-tests under supervision.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
