Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, seeks a Material Planner Trainee to verify production line delivery aligns with stock targets and logistics costs. The role includes building the procurement program, managing alerts, and coordinating unloading, receipt, and transport of parts.

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or management, strong English, and familiarity with SAP and Excel. This entry role offers growth in a global automotive supplier environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering, Management or similar.
• English language proficiency.
• SAP and Excel experience are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build up the Procurement Program by splitting up and levelling pieces procurements.
• Follow up the Procurement Program realisation by managing alert systems and follow the unloading, receipt and the transportation of pieces.
• Follow up the delivery performance of suppliers and the service of logistics partners and propose improvement action plans.
• Check if the capacity defined by the PIC can be supported by suppliers and set up corrective actions when necessary.
• Achieve the transportation program on a monthly basis, and the transportation scheme half-yearly.
• Direct packaging management.
• Ensure that logistics conventions comply with purchasing objectives and support conditions set by supplier for procurement and packaging, and by logistics partners for transport and service.
