Bosch Portugal is seeking a skilled MDM professional to implement and evolve global master data management and cross-system processes in Lisbon. You will coordinate with Engineering, Controlling and Supply Chain and potentially lead MDM initiatives such as governance and roll-outs.

Required are several years in MDM, SAP MDG mapping knowledge, and excellent English. The role offers hybrid work, health insurance, training, and global collaboration opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics or equivalent.
• Several years of professional experience in master data management (MDM) and data/process modeling.
• Excellent knowledge of mapping master data objects in SAP ERP/MDG, PDM, PIM, and in logistics/reporting systems.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Analytical mindset with structured approach; willing to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and continuously develop global MDM and cross-system master data processes.
• Conceive and introduce standards and methods with related departments and business units.
• Lead or participate in MDM projects (roll-out, governance) and conduct process analyses.
• Create change impact analyses and derive necessary organizational changes.
• Prepare documentation and training materials; conduct trainings.
• Serve as a central contact for departments and business units globally.

Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

• Implementation and continuous development of the global master data management (MDM) and cross-system master data processes.
• Conceptualization and introduction of standards & methods in coordination with departments (e.g. Engineering, Controlling, Supply Chain, ...), business units and central departments.
• Participation and, potentially, leadership of specific MDM project initiatives (e.g. roll-out, governance) as well as conducting process analyses and creating requirement concepts.
• Creation of change impact analyses and derivation of necessary process and organizational change requirements.
• Creation of documentation / training materials and conducting trainings.
• Be a central point of contact / consultant for departments and business units on a global level.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education:

• Bachelor or Master degree (Computer Science or Business Informatics) or equivalent qualification;

Experience:

• Several years of professional experience in master data management (MDM) as well as in data and process modeling of complex scenarios;

Knowledge:

• Excellent knowledge of mapping master data objects in SAP (ERP / MDG), PDM, PIM, as well as in logistics and reporting systems;

Languages:

• Excellent English language skills;

Personality:

• Analytical mindset, structured approach, ability to think about the client, willingness to travel internationally.
