Logoplaste in Cascais is seeking a Master Data Analyst & Auditor to ensure the accuracy and integrity of SAP master data, covering MM, PM, PP and QM modules. You will create, update and maintain master data, resolve data-related issues, and support process improvements across plants and central teams.

The role also supports logistics audits, ensures compliance with data management standards, and delivers end-user training on master data processes and best practices.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with SAP master data management (MM/PM/PP/QM) is a plus.
• Experience with data governance and systems administration is an advantage.
• Willingness for occasional international travel (Europe & Americas).

Job Summary

The Master Data Analyst and Auditor ensures the accuracy, integrity, and quality of master data in SAP. This role is responsible for creating, updating, and managing production and maintenance master data in line with Logoplaste standards, providing user support, resolving data-related issues, performing system testing and configuration activities, and contributing to process improvements. The position also supports logistics audits and helps ensure compliance with organizational practices, procedures, and data management standards.

Key tasks & Activities

• Create, update, and maintain SAP master data in line with Logoplaste standards (SAP MM, PM, PP, and QM):
  • SKUs
  • Bill of Materials
  • Production versions
  • Maintenance plans
  • Spare parts
  • Quality inspection plans
• Receives requests from users by ticketing system (OTRS), classifies tickets depending on service and functionalities.
• Understands and applies Logoplaste's methodologies and procedures, by respecting the Service Level Objectives (SLO) defined.
• Perform corrective, preventive, and evolutive maintenance of master data.
• Work closely with plants, central teams, and system owners to support business requirements.
• Participate in logistics internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assess the accuracy of logistics processes and data both physically and within SAP.
• Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives resulting from audit findings.
• Deliver end-user training and promote knowledge sharing on master data processes and best practices.

Who we are looking for…

Background and Experience

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in SAP master data management (SAP MM, PM, PP, and QM) is a plus
• Experience working with business processes, data governance, and systems administration is an advantage.
• Availability for occasional international travel (Europe & Americas)

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of production and maintenance master data processes is required.
• Experience with SAP MM, PP, PM, or QM modules is a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to identify data inconsistencies and assess the impact of changes before implementation.
• Experience using ticketing systems and service management processes is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
