Job Description

What you´ll do:

• You set ambitious goals in line with the company’s objectives
• You drive the strategic and intelligent implementation of marketing campaigns
• You cooperate closely with our local business development and website teams as well as our creative team to develop, test, and implement your strategies
• As an ambitious partner of our global marketing team, you discuss marketing approaches on eye level and challenge the status quo
• Based on your in-depth knowledge of the online & offline marketing landscape, you enrich the long-term marketing vision
• You combine creativity with statistical insights to achieve measurable results
• You build, develop and advance one of our marketing teams in Lisbon as a leader, expert and coach.

Requirements

Who we´re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) is a plus
• At least 4 years of experience in marketing, with >1 year in a leadership role
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful full-funnel marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in English.
