Zumub is seeking a Marketing & Influencer Programs Manager to build relationships with new influencers and actively engage current partners, driving growth for the Netherlands market. You will identify opportunities to grow the Dutch website, manage partner negotiations, translate and localize content, and support the creation of written, visual, and audiovisual assets.

Collaborate with the Zumub Growth team to boost traffic across acquisition channels; work in a fast-moving startup environment

Qualificações

• Native-level Dutch speaker (mandatory).
• Genuine interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and content production.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ambitious, proactive, and curious mindset, with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
• Entrepreneurial profiles are encouraged, particularly those who challenge conventional thinking and are comfortable taking early ownership in a fast-moving, agile start-up environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the growth strategy and brand positioning of the Dutch website by identifying opportunities, preparing recommendations, and managing partner negotiations.
• Translate, adapt, and review content to ensure a native and localized experience, as well as assessing the quality and performance of other translators.
• Support the creation of written, visual, and audiovisual content.
• Research innovative approaches to generate additional traffic for the Netherlands website and improve performance across existing acquisition channels, collaborating with the broader Zumub Growth team to enhance the brand’s presence in the Dutch market.
