Overview
This is a junior operational role, supporting day-to-day delivery, process management, and execution of activities related to partnerships and marketing operations. The role will be remote-based, preferably in Poland, Spain, Portugal, or similar. There will be an opportunity to travel to the London office and meet with the team twice a year. The ideal candidate would be someone who is proactive and has savvy project management skills.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategy Support & Insights (35%)
- Support the senior partnership manager with strategic planning.
- Analyse performance data and extract actionable insights.
- Build high-quality presentation decks to support strategy discussions.
- Operational Structure & Process Management (30%)
- Implement structure across projects and campaigns (trackers, workflows, documentation).
- Proactively flag blockers and propose solutions.
- Ensure projects remain on track and deadlines are met.
- Campaign & Partnership Support (20%)
- Assist in the delivery of marketing activations and partnership initiatives.
- Coordinate stakeholders, logistics, and timelines.
- Maintain smooth communication across cross-functional teams.
- Produce regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing and best practice adoption.
Required qualifications
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to build high-quality, visually engaging decks (Google Slides/PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset – able to interpret data, extract insights, and translate them into strategic recommendations.
- Highly organised, with proven ability to implement structure, processes, and documentation to drive efficiency.
- Proactive problem-solver – anticipates blockers, flags risks early, and suggests solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Skilled in using productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, project management software).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining accountability and consistency.
- Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and project management tools.
- Background in tech or marketing agencies.
