Tetra Pak in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a driven Marketing Manager to lead market strategies across Iberia. The role offers exposure to a global business and collaboration with regional teams.

You will steer market plans, identify growth opportunities, and manage promotional investments while partnering with customers to deliver value. Travel up to 30% may be required in Iberia.

Qualificações

• 5 years working experience as Marketing Manager or similar position.
• Degree in Marketing or similar studies.
• Excellence in spoken and written English and Spanish; Portuguese is a must
• Experience in working in matrix organizations, managing multi-country projects
• Min. 2-5 years of experience as people leader with successful track record

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of the Market Business Plan based on analysis of market intelligence covering the entire value chain in identified priority categories
• Define market growth initiatives aligned with the company growth strategy
• Drive market leadership focusing on the identified Market Company initiatives and cascading up to Central team
• Identify new product requirements based on value chain needs in key categories, champion these requirements with the Regional Product organization
• Define future intelligence requirements for market and liaise with business intelligence supporting research projects as needed
• Analyze and use research data with customers, apply market and business intelligence to market company opportunities
• Deploy and execute company strategy in the markets
• Work closely with customers to secure strategic alignment and deliver best customer value
• Deliver marketing services for key customers drawing materials and methodologies from Regional/Central organization
• Manage Market Promotional Investment

Job Summary

The position is based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Eventual travel within our Iberia Market, primarily in Portugal (around 30% of the working time), might be required.

What you will do

As Marketing Manager in this position you will:

We believe you have

• 5 years working experience as Marketing Manager or similar position, preferably in B2B industries in food FMCG
• Degree in Marketing or similar studies
• Excellence in spoken and written English and Spanish; Portuguese is a must
• Experience in working in matrix organizations, managing multi-country projects and working with remote management
• Min. 2-5 years of experience as people leader with successful track record
• High degree of autonomy
• Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
• Strong drive to meet goals and deadlines
• Strong abilities to work with and influence others
• Driving results through collaboration
• Adjusting to context and connecting with people on all levels of the organization
• Capable of working on own initiative and highly flexible and self-motivated
