We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Marketing Manager (junior to mid-senior level) who's ready to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced, international environment. You'll support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels both online and offline, working closely with internal teams and external partners. This is an operational role, ideal for someone with strong content and coordination skills who's comfortable taking ownership and working independently.
Key Responsibilities Implement the annual marketing and communication plan in alignment with VOQIN's strategic goalsCoordinate and execute multi-channel content (search, performance, social media, email marketing, events, PR)Write and adapt content for a variety of formats (press releases, articles, social media, sales presentations, brochures, and more)Mantain consistent social media presence, including content scheduling, community management, and editorial calendar planning, ensuring timely engagement across platforms.Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, adapting tone and messaging for local markets and audiencesAct as the first point of contact for inbound client inquiries (email, phone, WhatsApp, website forms), routing qualified requests to internal teams and logging leads in the CRMPlanning and distribute content across all platforms and stakeholdersLiaise with internal teams (Sales, Creative, Delivery) to align initiatives and support commercial goalsManage collaborators (designers, writers, agencies, freelancers) and ensure timely delivery of materialsHelp maintain and update VOQIN's digital platforms, including websites and landing pagesMonitor campaign and channel performance and assist with reporting and optimizationsSupport sales actions and brand activations in tradeshows or similarStay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and market shiftsSupport internal communication initiatives Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field2–4 years of experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in a B2B environmentExcellent writing and communication skills in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)Creative copywritingStrong digital fluency: experience with social media platforms, Google Suite, email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp)Understanding of SEO, paid media, and analyticsExperience with CMS platforms like WordPressHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlinesComfortable working autonomously but also collaborating across functionsStrong sense of visual brand identity and ability to brief design teams effectivelyCurious, creative, and eager to learn and contribute Perks and Benefits
