We will activate global campaigns locally, tailor messaging for your market, and collaborate with sales and creative teams to optimise performance across email, web, social, and paid media. From lead nurturing to event coordination, you\'ll own demand generation from strategy to results.

What you\'ll be doing
  • Activate global marketing campaigns locally, adapting messaging, timing, and tactics for maximum relevance and impact
  • Collaborate with Global HQ to ensure campaigns are delivered on brand, on time, and aligned with local sales objectives
  • Tailor content across email, landing pages, LinkedIn, and other channels to suit regional personas
  • Own campaign performance in your market—coordinate sales and telemarketing teams, track metrics, optimise flight, and report actionable insights
  • Refine lead nurture workflows in partnership with central teams to improve conversion across the funnel
  • Align closely with BDMs and SDRs to ensure strong, quality MQLs, and consistent lead conversion
  • Communicate strategy and performance across stakeholders at all levels
  • Identify local opportunities to amplify campaign reach through media partnerships, ABM, or targeted outreach
  • Share insights and best practices to elevate global campaign performance
What we\'re looking for
  • Experience in B2B marketing, with experience in demand generation or campaign management
  • Proven success in channel campaigns that drive qualified leads
  • Strong skills in content localisation and audience targeting
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
  • Collaborative, driven, and focused on results
