We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who is ready to help tell the VOID story, strengthening our brand presence, driving visibility across multiple markets and channels, and supporting our evolving business development goals.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing and evolving VOID’s branding and marketing strategy across all relevant channels. Reporting to the Board and working closely with the Business Development team, it will ensure consistent brand messaging and strategic market engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Branding & Communication

  • Review current branding and brand architecture, in line with the company’s strategy for 2026-27
  • Implement and manage VOID’s brand presence across digital and offline channels (website, brochures, social media, events, internal communications, sales materials)
  • Develop and maintain internal communication and marketing processes to ensure consistent branding across all touch points

2. Partnerships & Networks

  • Identify and nurture partnerships across key markets, in collaboration with other company departments (R&D, sales), within universities, startup ecosystems, industry & commerce associations and innovation clusters
  • Strengthen VOID’s visibility in relevant professional and innovation networks
  • Provide support to business development partners in external markets

3. Events & Campaigns

  • Support VOID’s participation in tech events across different markets, including VOID’s own events (meetups & others)
  • Support targeted marketing campaigns for specific markets, technologies, or new products

4. Content & Media Relations

  • Produce high-quality marketing materials in line with business needs
  • Maintain an editorial calendar and generate engaging content for digital platforms

5. Sales Support

  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to align marketing efforts with sales goals
  • Provide tools, organize content, and manage campaigns to support lead generation and customer engagement

6. Budget & External Collaboration

  • Manage the Marketing Budget with care and efficiency
  • Partner with external providers (branding agencies, designers, PR agencies, sponsorships, etc.) when it helps elevate our brand
  • Ensure outsourced work reflects our culture and values

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the software/tech industry
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and campaign management
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in managing social media and event coordination
  • Ability to build and nurture partnerships across diverse markets
  • Creative mindset with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Comfortable working in an international environment
