Henkel is offering a 12-month full-time internship in Lisbon within the Marketing team. You will participate in both strategic and operational activities to grow brands and strengthen market presence, gaining hands-on experience in analysis, reporting, and promotional material development.

You will collaborate across projects, conduct market analyses, prepare monthly performance reports, and help execute compelling POS materials to boost brand visibility and shopper engagement.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, highly motivated, and eager to learn.
• Flexible and adaptable, with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
• Available for a 12-month full-time internship.
• Location: Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the Marketing department in day-to-day business activities and projects.
• Conducting market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Preparing and analyzing monthly reports to support business decision-making.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of promotional materials for Key Customers.
• Lead & collaborate on the creation and execution of impactful point-of-sale materials that enhance brand visibility and shopper engagement.
