By leveraging AI, advanced analytics, and proprietary digital tools, EveryWatch delivers market transparency, empowering users to make informed decisions within the luxury watch space.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Marketing Director to lead all marketing efforts and manage the marketing team. Responsibilities include increasing brand awareness, user acquisition, and conversion. The role involves overseeing brand management, brand communications, and digital marketing activities across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand and digital marketing strategies, management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand and product awareness, engagement, conversions, and grow the user base.
  2. Devise strategies for the marketing team, including Digital, Content, Communications, and Creative, setting current and long-term goals for internal teams.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights, creating engaging content based on these insights for both B2C and B2B promotion.
  4. Ensure our brand message is consistent and strong across all channels and marketing efforts (e.g., events, email campaigns, web pages, promotional material).
  5. Analyze consumer behavior, define customer personas, and deliver campaigns that drive engagement and conversions, focusing on a premium subscription model.
  6. Develop personalized email marketing strategies and user journeys based on user preferences.
  7. Implement growth strategies for SEO and SEM activities.
  8. Guide paid efforts across all channels, balancing growth, ad spend, and ROAS.

Requirements:

  1. 6+ years as VP or Director of marketing in an online B2C company.
  2. Experience in user acquisition and growth marketing.
  3. Proven success in designing and executing marketing campaigns.
  4. Experience with Paid Search, Affiliate, and SEO.
  5. Familiarity with acquisition analysis and A/B testing.
  6. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  7. Strong leadership skills.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  9. Creative problem-solver.
  10. Experience in startups or venture capital is a plus.
  11. Excellent English proficiency.
