What You Will Be Doing
  1. Develop Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract actionable insights from large and diverse datasets across different European markets, driving strategic marketing decisions and commercial execution optimization.
  2. Build and Implement Predictive Models: Using machine learning methods (e.g., supervised, unsupervised) on an Azure platform with languages such as Python, design, build, and deploy models to identify market trends, customer behavior, and business outcomes.
  3. Analyze Multi-Channel Marketing Data: Integrate and analyze data from various marketing channels (transactional, firmographic, behavioral, digital data from advertising, social media, email campaigns) to assess performance, identify patterns, generate segmentations, and recommend improvements.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and data teams to align data science initiatives with business goals, enabling analysts to produce data-driven recommendations for strategic planning.
  5. Ensure Compliance: Follow the Machine Learning Lifecycle from data gathering to deployment, incorporating checks and validation steps to maintain data quality and compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
What Do You Bring With You

The ideal candidate would demonstrate:

  1. Advanced Data Analysis and Modeling: Proficiency in statistical analysis and machine learning, with experience in Python, R, SQL, and knowledge of Databricks. Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
  2. Experience with Marketing Analytics: Strong background in analyzing marketing data, understanding metrics, customer segmentation, and evaluating business performance.
  3. Multi-Channel Data Integration: Expertise in integrating data from digital marketing platforms, CRM, transactional databases to develop comprehensive customer insights.
  4. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders through reports, visualizations, and presentations.
  5. Regional Awareness: Understanding of marketing practices and consumer behavior across European markets, with the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
