Required Education & Certifications

Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related fields.

Lean Manufacturing Certification
PMP (Project Management Professional)
ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification
OSHA Safety Certification

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day manufacturing processes.
Lean Manufacturing & Process Improvement: Implement efficiency measures to reduce waste.
Quality Control & Assurance: Maintain high production standards with ISO and regulatory compliance.
Workforce Management & Training: Supervise teams to ensure productivity and workplace safety.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Manage raw materials and production logistics.
Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Oversee machine efficiency and prevent downtime.
Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to global occupational safety guidelines.
