Job Description

• Configure and maintain data acquisition flows from industrial machines using an internal technology;
• Design and implement MQTT and Kafka-based messaging structures to route machine signals to the enterprise layer (e.g., Nexeed MES, data lakes);
• Event-Driven Machine Intelligence: Develop and deploy Python-based models for anomaly detection, predictive actions, and decision-making;
• Implement AI-based decision triggers that can automatically act on critical events or send alerts via MES integrations;
• Edge-to-Cloud Data Handling: Collaborate with IT/OT to ensure low-latency, resilient data flows across machine, MES, and cloud boundaries;
• Support the transformation from legacy, manually-triggered systems to automated, event-driven operations.

Qualifications

• Experience withMQTT, Kafka, and Python-based ML models;
• Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving approach;
• Comfortable in described technological stack and cross-functional teams (IT, OT, Production);
• Ability to work independently on complex data pipelines and model deployments;
• Clear communication, especially in translating technical work into business impact.
