We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our development teams in Lisbon and ensure the delivery of high-quality, high-value, and reliable systems. As part of our QA team, you will work closely with developers, team leads, and product stakeholders to ensure our platforms run flawlessly and meet the highest standards of quality.

Your Mission

Ensure that every release delivers the best possible experience for our users by testing thoroughly, catching issues early, and collaborating closely with the engineering teams. You will be a key player in building confidence in our platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web applications to validate functionality, usability, and performance.
• Define test scope, create test plans, and write clear and detailed test cases.
• Log, track, and verify defects in bug-tracking systems (JIRA or similar).
• Collaborate with developers and team leads to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and standards within the team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in QA testing.
• Solid understanding of testing processes, methodologies, and standards.
• Experience in testing web-based applications and projects.
• Strong skills in defining test scope, creating test strategies, and executing test plans.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving approach.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar bug-tracking tools.
• Experience writing and maintaining test documentation, test cases, and test plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced level of English.
