Decskill is seeking a Senior QA Analyst to lead testing efforts in a dynamic IT environment. The role focuses on coordinating testing activities, refining test plans, and ensuring quality across releases.

Upcoming projects will leverage both manual and automated testing, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with development teams and stakeholders. A long-term commitment to process improvement and knowledge sharing is expected.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 years of experience as QA Analyst.

• Proficient in multiple testing types and test artifacts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and prioritize the test backlog and assign tasks.

We are looking for Manual QA

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize the test backlog, assigning tasks to the project team;
• Supervise the execution of manual and automated test cases;
• Ensure compliancewith defined test strategies;
• Monitor test progress and identify bottlenecks;
• Facilitate communication between QA team members and other project areas;
• Provide guidance and technical support to the members of the project.
• Identify, document, and report defects clearly and concisely in tracking tools;
• Prioritize defects according to severity and business impact;
• Track defect lifecycles and verify fixes;
• Provide constructive feedback to the development team;
• Actively participate in improving QA processes and testing methodologies;
• Propose andimplement new tools and techniques to optimize testing activities;
• Contribute to thecreation and maintenance of the QA knowledge base;
• Evaluate the effectiveness of test strategies and propose adjustments;

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Analyst, with at least 6 years of experience at a full-level;
• Solid experience in coordinating testing activities;
• Profound knowledge in different types of software testing (functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, performance, security, etc.);
• Experience in creating and reviewing test plans, test cases, and test scenarios;
• Proficiencyin test management and defect tracking tools (e.G., Jira, Xray);
• Familiaritywith agile methodologies;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment;
• Validation of theworks following to a test & user acceptance plan;
• Indicate the anomalies and noticed gaps;
• Realize thetesting phases;
• Level of experience required: Between 6 and 9 years.
