We are a Service Provider and Business solutions company based in Braga Portugal, with an office in the United States. We provide remote on-demand call services, over 200 languages, dedicated multilingual staff, training platforms, contact center solutions, and more.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day simultaneous interpretation Mandarin-English.
• Understanding and effectively using medical terminology.
• Ensuring clear communication between medical professionals and patients.

Full-time remote role for Mandarin Over-the-Phone Medical Interpretation (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI).
