The Position

We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager for Portugal with a strategic mindset, strong commercial skills, and the discipline to work independently. This role will be focused on leading and generating new business opportunities with investors in the Portuguese market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independent management of the Portuguese market, with support from the IR team in Spain.
  • Follow-up and conversion of leads generated by Crescenta.
  • Proactive development of new relationships (Family Offices, institutional investors, partnerships, etc.).
  • Oversight of the onboarding process for new investors.
  • Collaboration with the marketing team to launch investor acquisition initiatives specific to Portugal.
  • Preparation of reports and presentations tailored to the Portuguese investor profile.
  • Participation in industry events in both Portugal and Spain.
  • Experience in organizing and speaking at conferences as a lead presenter.
Requirements
  • Over 8 years of experience in private banking, asset management, brokerage firms, or similar entities. Knowledge of the private capital industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the Portuguese market, relevant for identifying and attracting potential investors in Portugal.
  • Experience managing relationships with HNWI and institutional clients.
  • Commercial profile with excellent communication and presentation skills, highly autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Portuguese: bilingual or native.
  • EFPA certification or similar is required.
  • Based in Madrid or Lisbon.
