A Efficio procura um Manager para o escritório de Lisboa. Será responsável por compreender desafios de negócio, identificar problemas onde possamos ajudar e orientar a equipa para entregar soluções de alto impacto aos clientes globais.

Este papel exige planeamento estratégico, gestão de entregas com qualidade e prazos, tomada de decisão sobre funções da equipa e comunicação direta com stakeholders do cliente e VPs. viagens internacionais são previstas conforme necessidade.

Qualificações

• Fluência em uma língua europeia, além do inglês.
• Experiência prévia em consultoria e conhecimento funcional em sourcing estratégico, transformação de procurement e supply chain.
• Gestão de projetos e de pessoas.
• Sólida formação académica.

Responsabilidades

• Planejar e implementar estratégias, assegurando que os resultados visados são atingidos com o apoio da equipa.
• Responsável pela qualidade, tempestividade e output dos entregáveis do projeto.
• Atuar como decision maker, atribuindo papéis e responsabilidades à equipa.

We are recruiting for our Lisbon Office where you'll be joining a growing team of nearly 100 people. Consultants based in Lisbon will support clients globally with the opportunity for international travel. Our consultants provide flexible support to clients whether it is a rapid assessment, short term savings realisation or embedding in a long-term partnership to deliver lasting and measurable value to clients.

Responsibilities As a Manager you will be understanding the client's wider business challenges, finding business problems in your clients that we could help solve, report back to the VP and work with colleagues to identify solutions. You will be a leader on your project by driving the team efforts, managing risks and any challenges, including:

• Planning and implementing strategies, making sure targeted outcomes are achieved with the support of the team;
• Responsiblefor the quality, timeliness and output of project deliverables;
• Acting as adecision maker assigning roles and responsibilities for the team;
• Regular direct communication with client stakeholders and project VPs.

Qualifications We'd love to hear about any additional skills or experiences you bring to the table. We're particularly interested in:

• Fluency in a European language (Spanish, French, German, Italian), in addition to English
• Prior consulting experience and functional knowledge within strategic sourcing, procurement transformation and supply chain, ideally with some previous experience in Business Development
• Project management and people management experience
• A strong academic background
