You will work with consultants to understand client data, assess quality, build analytical datasets, and deliver insights that influence sourcing decisions for global clients. This hands-on role combines data problem-solving with client collaboration.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of professional experience in data analytics or related field.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience using Python for data manipulation or automation.

Responsabilidades

• Clean, transform and structure complex datasets into analytical models like SpendCubes.
• Develop data pipelines and automate data preparation using Python, SQL and AI.

• Use AI-enabled tools and internal technologies to improve delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with consultants and client stakeholders to translate business problems into data solutions.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve delivery processes through knowledge sharing and automation.

We are recruiting for our Lisbon Office where you'll be joining a growing team of nearly 200 people. Consultants based in Lisbon will support clients globally with the opportunity for international travel. Our consultants provide flexible support to clients whether it is a rapid assessment, short term savings realisation or embedding in a long-term partnership to deliver lasting and measurable value to clients.

This role sits withinEfficio'sDigital Delivery team, working at the intersection of consulting,dataand technology.

Rather than building dashboards ormaintaininginternal reporting, you'll use data to solve real procurement and supply chain challenges for global clients.

You'll work alongside our consulting teams to understand client data, assess its quality, build analytical datasets such as SpendCubes, and deliver insights that directly influence sourcing decisions and business outcomes.

Every project is different. One week you might be analysing ERP data for a global manufacturer, while thenextyou're helping consultants understand supplier spend patterns or using Python to automate data preparation for a new client engagement.

This is a hands-on delivery role combining technical problem-solving, analyticalthinkingand client collaboration.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least3 yearsof professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, data consulting, or a related field.
• Experience working with SQL.
• Experience using Python for data manipulation or automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with and processing varied, disparate datasets.
• Familiarity with Excel and data visualisationtools. WeareusingSigma,but experienceinPowerBI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik or similarwill bevalued).
• Curious and eager to understand how businessesoperate.
• Comfortable working across multipleprojects.
• Experience working with ERP data (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
