Hutchinson in Portugal is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in manufacturing environments. You will supervise task distribution, ensure procedures, and drive efficiency.

You will analyze downtime, troubleshoot PLCs, drives and robots, and guide spare parts production workflows. Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination are essential.

Qualificações

• Training in mechanics/electricity/electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electromechanics.
• Experience in industrial maintenance.
• Experience in team management.
• Initiative, leadership and negotiation. Proactive, good communication skills, good interpersonal relationships and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the operation of maintenance work, with regard to the distribution of tasks by the team, and oversee the execution of equipment maintenance work.
• Know and apply the procedures of the maintenance sector.
• Determine the manufacturing process of spare parts and route them to manufacture.
• Analyze the production loss times due to maintenance, utilization, productivity, and labor efficiency, proposing actions for improving these indicators.
• Troubleshoot and program PLCs, drives, and robots.
• Critically analyze equipment shutdowns for corrective maintenance using this information to improve preventive maintenance.

Reports to the Maintenance Manager and will have as main responsibilities:
