A BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems procura um líder de equipa de manutenção para a nova planta em Viana, Portugal. O candidato deverá coordenar intervenções de manutenção, assegurando disponibilidade de equipamentos e aderência a normas de segurança.

Requisitos: formação em mecânica/eletrónica, experiência em manutenção, competências de liderança, planeamento e análise de métricas de manutenção. Oferecemos ambiente de produção moderno, oportunidades de desenvolvimento e horário fixo.

Qualificações

• Background académico em mecânica, eletromecânica, eletrônica, elétrica, manutenção industrial, automação, programação, robótica ou semelhante.
• Conhecimento sólido da operação de máquinas (mecânica, pneumática, eletrônica, eletricidade, equipamento de teste).
• Interpretação de esquemas mecânicos, pneumáticos e elétricos.
• Conhecimento de métricas de manutenção (MTTR, MTBF, Down Time, Availability).

Responsabilidades

• Coordenar as atividades da equipa, atribuir tarefas e metas de manutenção.
• Liderar, motivar e apoiar o desenvolvimento dos membros da equipa.
• Treinar novos membros e reforçar regras de segurança.
• Monitorizar o trabalho de manutenção executado pela equipa e por entidades externas.
• Facilitar a comunicação entre departamentos e setores.
• Conduzir reuniões diárias e facilitar a comunicação entre turnos.
• Fornecer assistência técnica a equipamentos de produção (mecânica, elétrica, eletrônico, pneumática, programação, robótica).
• Auxiliar na receção de novos equipamentos (validação, instalação e start-up).
• Diagnosticar causas de defeitos e tomar ações corretivas.
• Participar em atividades de resolução de problemas e cumprir normas de EH&S, qualidade e produtividade.

BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as Maintenance Team Leader at our new production plant in Viana, Portugal.

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate the activities of the team members including the assignment of tasks and maintenance objectives
• Lead, motivate and support the development of team members
• Train new members (safety rules in the operation of equipment, preventive and corrective maintenance)
• Monitors the maintenance work carried out by the team
• Monitors work carried out by external entities, whenever needed
• Facilitate efficient and open communication within the department and with other departments in the organization
• Conduct daily meetings with team members and facilitate communication between shifts with a focus on maintenance interventions and KPI’s
• Provide technical assistance to production equipment’s on mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic equipment, programming, robotics.
• Technically assist the reception of new equipment (validation, installation and start-up)
• Diagnose the causes of defects and take the necessary corrective actions
• Participate in problem solving activities
• Comply with environmental, health and safety, quality and productivity standards
• Comply with the organization's rules and internal regulations: Code of Ethics, Practice and Schedule
• Respect workplace safety and cleanliness rules
• Respect and comply with environmental policy rules
• Perform other tasks not included in the activity for which he was hired, when the needs or convenience of the service justify it, for the period necessary for the said needs or conveniences of service

Education & Experience

• Academic Background in Mechanics, electromechanics, electronics, electrical, industrial maintenance, automation, programming, robotics or similar
• Previous experience in a similar role will be valued
• Solid knowledge of the operation of machines (mechanics, pneumatics, electronics, electricity, test equipment)
• Interpretation of mechanical, pneumatics and electrical schematics
• Knowledge in maintenance metrics (MTTR, MTBF, Down Time, Availability)
• Problem Solving (5W;

• Knowledge of automotive industry standards
