Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and technical systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs.
• Support execution of planned maintenance and respond to breakdowns.
• Carry out maintenance tasks using procedures and safety requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance with production to minimize disruptions.
• Record work, inspections, and findings in the CMMS.
• Assist with spare-parts identification and inventory reporting.

What you’ll do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and technical systems according to maintenance plans and procedures
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or technical faults and carry out repairs within defined competence and authority
• Support execution of planned maintenance activities and respond to unplanned breakdowns
• Carry out maintenance tasks using internal procedures, technical documentation, and safety requirements
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production and other plant partners to minimize operational disruptions
• Record completed work, inspections, and findings in the maintenance management system
• Support spare‑parts usage by identifying required materials and reporting inventory needs
• Assist with minor building repairs and general facility maintenance as assigned
• Participate in root‑cause analysis and corrective actions related to equipment failures
• Follow health, safety, environmental, and food safety requirements and report non‑standard situations

What you will need to succeed

• Secondary technical or vocational education in mechanics, electrical systems, or a related technical field
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial or plant maintenance
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance documentation
• Practical knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance methods
• Basic computer skills for maintenance systems, documentation, and reporting
• Reliability, responsibility, and ability to work independently on assigned tasks
• Willingness to work in physically demanding and operational plant environments
