A The Bosch Group, Inc. procura um Engenheiro de Manutenção nas áreas de Electronics/Electrotechnical/Mechatronics para atuar numa equipa responsável por diagnóstico de falhas, melhoria de processos e manutenção preventiva.

O candidato ideal tem formação em Engenharia, conhecimentos de robótica, automação e pneumática, com forte capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa. Esta posição oferece um regime híbrido, com oportunidades de mobilidade internacional e desenvolvimento profissional,

Qualificações

• Diploma ou mestrado em Engenharia de Electronics/Electrotechnical/Mechatronics (ou equivalente).
• Experiência em robótica e automação.
• Capacidade de interpretar diagramas elétricos/eletrônicos.
• Conhecimento de pneumática e manutenção preventiva.
• Experiência em ambientes de produção/indústria.
• Boas capacidades de comunicação e trabalho em equipa.
• Conhecimento de Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, FMEA, RCM, TPM e 8D.
• Dinamismo, proatividade e responsabilidade.
• Inglês bom, falado e escrito.
• Disponibilidade para turnos rotativos e viagens.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnosticar falhas e fazer troubleshooting em equipamentos complexos.
• Propor, identificar e implementar medidas de melhoria.
• Analisar dados para suportar as medidas implantadas.
• Participar em projetos de melhoria contínua com equipas multidisciplinares.
• Integrar rede internacional de produção.
• Desempenhar funções de desenho de peças de substituição.
• Trabalhar com produção e equipes de engenharia para melhoria de processos.
• Executar manutenção preventiva segundo padrões e prever potenciais problemas.

Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Electronics/ Electrotechnical/Mechatronics engineering (or similar) to act inside a team that is responsible to:

- Fault diagnoses and troubleshooting on complex breakdowns to ensure that machines problems are resolved effectively.

- Identify, propose, and implement improvement measures in daily work

- Analyze and use statistical data to support and validate measures to implement in the equipment

- Participate in continuous improvement project and work with multidisciplinary teams

- Team member of manufacturing international network

- Ability to design spare and wear parts

- Be able to work efficiently with production and engineering team members

- Preventive maintenance execution according to the standards and seek for potential issues on the equipment.

Qualifications

- Electronics/ Electrotechnical/Mechatronics degree /master or similar

- Backgrounds in robotics and automation

- Background in electrical circuits and be able to interpret electrics diagrams

- Background in pneumatics

- Experience in preventive maintenance/interventional(preference)

- Knowledge about production process in industrial environment

- Good communication skills and teamwork

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools, Industry 4.0, FMEA, RCM, TPM and 8D

- Execution of functions where dynamism, proactivity and a high sense of responsibility are required

- Able to work under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced working environment

- Should have a good command of English, both spoken and written

- Availability to work in rotative shifts (mandatory)

- Availability to travelling.
