Qualificações
- 3-5 years of experience supporting macOS in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager for Mac.
- Knowledge of Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment.
- Proficiency in macOS scripting and automation (Bash/Zsh; Python is a plus).
- Experience with macOS compliance and software deployment via Intune.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Residency in Portugal.
