In this role you:

To tackle ML challenges, problem-solving thinking, and the ability to analyze and implement improvements are essential. Deliverables we expect:

• Develop and enhance image and point cloud processing solutions using ML and classical algorithms
• Implement, manage, and optimize ML modules for efficient and continuous data processing
• Proactively review, update, and test both personal and teamwork
• Provide status updates on your and the team’s work

The ideal candidate

• Experience in ML, preferably with PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of Python and Linux.
• Team player personality.
• Desire and ability to identify, motivate, and train young talents to achieve team goals.
• Algorithmic thinking.
• Experience with MLOps (model training, deployment, and maintenance) will be considered as an advantage.
• Ability to argue your viewpoint, create dialogue, and present information in a structured and comprehensible manner.
• Excellent knowledge of English language (minimum B2).
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years. Must have skills:
  • Understanding of Machine Learning Lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with machine learning packages like Scikit-learn or TensorFlow etc.
  • Languages like Python or R (Intermediate level).
  • SQL or Other.

  Key skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail .
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Keep current with technical and industry developments.
  • Communicate findings to all stakeholders.

  Good to have skills:

  • Understanding of working with large datasets to derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles.
  • Basic understanding of Cloud based AI/ML and data analytics tools such as AWS ,GCP, Azure.
  • Basic knowledge on Data visualization using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Able to collaborate with product design and engineering teams to develop an understanding of needs.
