Riskified empowers ecommerce businesses by providing AI-powered fraud and risk intelligence, chargeback protection, fraud and policy abuse prevention, and customer retention solutions. Its platform analyzes individual interactions to deliver real-time decisions and identity-based insights.

Задачи:

• Design, build, and maintain reusable AI capabilities spanning models, tools, APIs, and platforms for internal operations and customer-facing products
• Develop and maintain the internal MCP server to provide AI agents with secure access to Riskified's data stores
• Create and implement evaluation frameworks and AI guardrails to ensure model reliability and protect Riskified's value
• Establish sustainable AI engineering practices across the organization
• Champion AI readiness and track adoption company-wide
• Build and optimize RAG systems
• Own projects end to end, from gathering requirements through development, deployment, and ongoing operation
• Serve as a consultant and advocate for AI engineering, guiding other teams in using created platforms and tools
• Collaborate with teams across Riskified to accelerate AI adoption and productization

Требования:

• 5+ Years of backend and server-side development experience building complex and highly scalable systems
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language
• Python is preferred
• Ability to build trust across functions and translate non-technical needs into technical solutions
• Strong product-oriented thinking and ability to elicit, refine, and prioritize requirements from non-technical stakeholders
• Deep ownership, DevOps experience, and ability to develop, deploy, and operate projects end to end
• Ability to influence without authority and communicate with engineers, managers, VP, and C-suite leadership
• Bias toward driving process improvements and technology adoption
• High proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or equivalents
• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Nice to have: agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Copilot CLI, Strands Agents or comparable agentic frameworks, RAG architectures, Bedrock, MCP, containerized environments.
