We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Almada.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models for various use cases.

• Work with large datasets to clean, transform and prepare data for analysis.
• Utilize programming languages such as Python, Java or R to build machine learning models.
• Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning and feature engineering.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present findings and recommendations from the machine learning models.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in machine learning techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or a similar role.
• Strong experience in developing and implementing machine learning algorithms using Python, Java or R.
• Proficiency in working with large datasets using SQL or other database tools.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

Salary: $1800 per month negotiable based on experience.

Location: Almada, Portugal.

Type: Full-time with accommodation option available.
