Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for applying machine learning techniques.
• Analyze large datasets and perform data preprocessing tasks.
• Evaluate the performance of machine learning models and make necessary improvements.
• Develop code in languages such as Python, R or Java to implement machine learning solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in the field of machine learning and apply them to improve existing processes.
• Communicate insights and results to non‑technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R or Java.
• Experience with data preprocessing techniques such as data cleaning, feature selection and normalization.
• In‑depth understanding of machine learning algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
• Experience working with large datasets using SQL or other database querying languages.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Excellent communication skills.
