Estoril Riviera Country Club seeks an experienced Membership Sales Executive to grow its membership base and represent the club at the highest level. The role blends sales excellence with relationship building to attract new members and drive targeted growth.

You will leverage your network, conduct tours, present memberships, and close deals while maintaining long-term relationships in a premium private club environment in Estoril and the Lisbon area.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Confident and polished when dealing with VIP and high-net-worth clients.
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills.
• Highly proactive, target-driven and self-motivated.
• Established local network in Cascais, Estoril and Lisbon is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Drive membership sales and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Attract new potential members and develop a network of prospective clients.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, events and communities.
• Conduct private club tours and membership presentations; follow up with prospects.
• Convert leads into memberships and maintain long-term relationships with members.
