Job summary

BVLGARI Lisbon Boutique is seeking a Client Advisor to join permanently. You will be an Ambassador of the Brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales opportunities, contributing to the store’s success.

The role requires strong luxury retail knowledge, 5+ years of experience, fluency in Portuguese and English, and familiarity with CRM tools for customer loyalty. The position is based in Lisbon and offers a client-centric, premium shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of and sensitivity to luxury retail.
• Fluent Portuguese and English required; additional languages valued.
• Experience with CRM techniques and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with excellence for purchases, after-sales service, or consultation.
• Understand customer needs and offer personalized recommendations.
• Build relationships with existing customers and attract new ones.
• Manage the sales process according to brand standards, applying the correct sales techniques.
• Register and manage customer data for loyalty actions (CRM).
• Carry out CRM activities as instructed by the Store Manager.
• Support boutique operations, including inventory management and daily tasks.
• Handle after-sales services, including repair follow-ups and basic jewelry cleaning.
