MWDN is seeking a senior Rust systems programmer to own end-to-end development of high-performance infrastructure components. You will tackle complex challenges across memory, concurrency, and architecture while delivering across the full stack.

Qualificações

• Expertise in Rust
• Strong understanding of computer architecture, OS, and networking fundamentals
• Experience in low-level system architecture
• Experience with multi-threading and memory layout optimization or custom allocators
• Proven ability to take ownership of complex challenges from inception to delivery
• Ability to dive into unfamiliar codebases and optimize them quickly
• Comfortable working with minimal abstraction layers in high-performance environments
• English level Fluent (C1)

Must-Have Requirements:

• Expertise in Rust
• Strong understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and networking fundamentals
• Experience in low-level system architecture
• Experience with multi-threading, memory layout optimization, or custom allocators
• Proven ability to take full ownership of complex challenges from inception to delivery, with strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to dive into unfamiliar codebases and optimize them quickly
• Comfortable working with minimal abstraction layers in high-performance environments
• Level of spoken English: Fluent (C1)

Your day-to-day in this position:
