Job summary

DSV ищет опытного backend-инженера для разработки и эволюции сервисов в рамках гибридной работы в Лиссабоне. Ваша задача — проектировать масштабируемые микросервисы и руководить международной командой в рамках Agile-процессов.

Ожидается опыт в системах на основе событий, Kafka, Docker и Kubernetes, а также знание SQL-баз данных и REST API. Компания предоставляет стабильный контракт, частное медицинское обслуживание, языковые курсы и гибкий график на 35 часов в неделю с тремя днями в офисе.

Qualifications

• Опыт разработки backend и архитектуры программного обеспечения.
• Доказанный опыт работы с распределёнными системами, микросервисами и событийно-ориентированной архитектурой.
• Глубокое понимание ООП, паттернов проектирования и SOLID.
• Опыт работы с Kafka и REST API, работа с базами данных (PostgreSQL/SQL Server).
• Опыт работы в Agile и лидерские/наставнические навыки.

Responsibilities

• Владение и развитие backend-сервисов и продуктов.
• Проектирование масштабируемых и устойчивых решений.
• Сотрудничество с Product Owners и архитекторами по техническому видению.
• Руководство межфункциональной Agile-командой через планирование и доставку.
• Проектирование и поддержка микросервисов и архитектур на события.
• Работа с Kafka, интеграция синхронных и асинхронных процессов.
• Поддержка перехода монолитных систем к облачным решениям.

Задачи:

• Own and drive the development of backend services and products
• Design scalable, resilient, and efficient backend solutions
• Partner with Product Owners and Architects to define the technical vision
• Lead a cross-functional Agile team through planning, delivery, and continuous improvement
• Design and maintain microservices and event-driven architectures
• Work with Kafka and integrate synchronous and asynchronous processes
• Support the modernization of monolithic systems into cloud-native solutions
• Write and maintain technical documentation

Требования:

• Strong experience in backend development and software architecture
• Proven experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles
• Experience with Kafka-based applications
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong SQL and database design skills with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar
• Experience designing REST APIs and integrating complex systems
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Leadership and mentoring experience
• Knowledge of OLTP/OLAP setups and multi-tenancy concepts
• Nice to have: Experience with Java and/or Go, knowledge of Angular or React
