Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a Special Services Representative to manage premium and time-critical shipments from booking to delivery. You will build lasting customer relationships and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to keep shipments on track.

The role requires flexible availability for 24/7 operations, including weekends and holidays, and values healthcare, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of premium and time-critical shipments from initial booking to successful delivery.
  • Focus on building, maintaining, and strengthening long-term customer relationships through proactive communication.
  • Coordinate closely with internal operations teams, management, and external vendors to keep shipments on track.
  • Anticipate and resolve transit issues swiftly, keeping all key stakeholders informed in real time.
  • Operations run 24/7/365 to handle emergency shipments; rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays are required.

  • Active Monitoring: Oversee the complete lifecycle of premium and time-critical shipments from initial booking to successful delivery.
  • Relationship Management: Focus on building, maintaining, and strengthening long-term customer relationships through proactive communication.
  • Collaborative Liaison: Coordinate closely with internal operations teams, management, and external vendors to keep shipments on track.
  • Rapid Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve transit issues swiftly, keeping all key stakeholders informed in real time.
  • Important: Operations run 24/7/365 to handle emergency shipments, candidates must have genuine flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
