Job summary

Indie Campers is seeking a Logistics Intern in Porto to coordinate fleet logistics across multiple locations and support efficient movement of vehicles and resources. You will own end-to-end operational processes including vehicle management, supplier relations, stock control, and local logistics support, reporting to the Head of Logistics.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Background in Transport Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Experience with suppliers, workshops or logistics partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and contribute to fleet and asset management procedures and ensure implementation within your region.
• Maximize fleet availability by executing in-fleeting, intervention management, and de-fleeting processes.
• Support local operations with vehicle interventions and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate vehicle movements and logistics between local teams and external partners.
• Source, negotiate, and manage fleet partners globally.
• Monitor and optimize regional vehicle operating costs.
• Track operational KPIs and support data-driven decisions to improve performance.
