Indie Campers, a growing international campervan marketplace, seeks a Fleet Management Intern to support regional fleet operations and depot activities. You will contribute to fleet availability, vehicle quality and customer satisfaction through hands-on tasks and structured processes.

The role offers exposure to end-to-end fleet management, logistics coordination, inventory control and collaboration with local operations teams.

Qualificações

• Student or recent graduate in Transport Management, Fleet Management, Mechanics, Engineering, Operations or similar fields.
• Proactive and eager to learn with a hands-on mindset.
• Organized and analytical with an interest in data‑driven decision making.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable following structured procedures.
• Team player able to collaborate with central and local teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support execution and improvement of fleet and asset management procedures.
• Assist in maximizing fleet availability through in-fleeting, intervention follow-up and de-fleeting processes.
• Help ensure depots are stocked with inventory and assist with spare parts purchasing.
• Learn about Indie Campers vehicles and support vehicle-related tasks.
• Coordinate vehicle movements with local teams and logistics partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with workshops and fleet partners.
• Monitor vehicle operating costs and support basic data analysis for the region.
• Contribute to regional improvement and expansion projects.

The Role

As a Fleet Management Intern, you will support regional fleet operations and assist in managing a group of local depots. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to fleet management processes, contributing to fleet availability, vehicle quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

You will support the execution of end-to-end fleet management processes, including vehicle management, supplier coordination, inventory control, logistics, and close collaboration with local operations teams, ensuring procedures are followed and service quality standards are met.

Reporting directly to the Regional Fleet Lead, you will work closely with regional colleagues and local teams, gaining practical experience and contributing to operational results.

What will you work on?

• Support the execution and improvement of fleet and asset management procedures defined by central teams
• Assist in maximizing fleet availability through support in vehicle in-fleeting, intervention follow‑up, and de‑fleeting processes
• Help ensure local depots are stocked with the required inventory and assist with spare parts purchasing when needed
• Learn about the vehicles operated by Indie Campers and support local teams with vehicle‑related operational tasks
• Assist in coordinating vehicle movements with local teams and logistics partners
• Support the development and maintenance of relationships with workshops and fleet partners
• Help monitor vehicle operating costs and support basic data analysis for the region
• Contribute to regional improvement and expansion projects

Who are we looking for?

• Student or recent graduate in Transport Management, Fleet Management, Mechanics, Engineering, Operations, or similar fields
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a hands‑on mindset
• Organized and analytical, with interest in data‑driven decision‑making
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable following structured procedures
• Team player, able to collaborate with central and local teams
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast‑paced operational environment
• Good communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external partners
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Fluency in German, Italian or French is a plus
