Your responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email regarding logistics, products, and services.

  • Assist clients with issues and complaints, always focusing on excellent service.

  • Ensure smooth communication and efficient solutions to provide the best customer experience.

  • Represent one of the world’s largest package delivery companies, operating in over 200 countries.

Your profile
  • Native German speaker with business-level English.

  • Strong communication and listening skills.

  • Team-oriented, proactive, and customer-service focused.

  • Motivated and committed to your work.

  • Open to living and working abroad in a multicultural environment.

  • No specific degree required – soft skills and motivation matter most (training provided).

What’s in it for you?
  • Contract: Long-term fixed-term, renewable annually.

  • Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week, Monday to Friday, between 7 am – 10 pm, on a rotational schedule.

  • Salary:

    • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €950 gross/month.

    • Without accommodation: €1300–€1400 gross/month.

    • Training period (1–4 weeks): 50% of hourly wages.

Relocation package
  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months.

  • Airport pick-up on arrival.

  • Annual return flight to your home country (within the EU).

  • Help with paperwork and opening a bank account.
