Uma empresa de iluminação inteligente está à procura de um profissional de logística para apoiar processos pós-venda e comunicação com fornecedores. O candidato ideal deve ter experiência administrativa, habilidades organizacionais e ser fluente em inglês. A posição exige conhecimento de sistemas ERP e proficiência em MS Office, além de flexibilidade para trabalhar em equipe.

Qualificações

  • Mínimo de 1 ano de experiência profissional em funções administrativas.
  • Experiência anterior na área de logística é um diferencial.
  • Capacidade de definir prioridades e gerenciar tempo efetivamente.

  • Apoiar na área de logística.

  • Support in the logistics area
  • Support in after-sales service
  • Contact with suppliers and customers
  • Management of complaints and issuance of credit notes
  • Order processing and follow-up
  • Optimization of loads and transportation
Qualificações
  • Bachelor\'s degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in the logistics area
  • Good level of English
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Axapta (preferred factor)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication skills by phone, email, and in person
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Sense of autonomy and initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work in a team, with a helpful attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office
