Job Details

We are seeking a Junior Logical Security Officer (local contract) to join our Infrastructure & Security team in Porto.

LSOs are part of the IT Security team, acting as the main contact for access rights requests and managing access profiles in Natixis' IAM system, advising on access rights for new applications.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assist users with access rights requests via our self-service platform;
• Create and maintain access profiles in our IAM system and develop business profiles for teams;
• Maintain and improve access rights models for corporate applications;
• Manage user accounts and permissions in specific applications;
• Enforce the least privilege access model, conduct level 1 controls, and participate in re-certification campaigns.

Qualifications

Main Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in user support roles, such as service desk, handling incident tickets and user calls;
• Fluent French (C1) - mandatory;
• Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow;
• Experience managing users and groups in Active Directory;
• Experience with user account management in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

Other Requirements:

• Knowledge of English (optional but recommended);
• Self-motivated, proactive, independent, punctual, responsive;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Effective stakeholder communication and management skills;
• Assertive with good negotiation skills.
